7-10 days: Worn for first post-operative
EXERCISES
Gentle hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder stretching, isometric hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder strengthening.
Avoid wrist extension.
PHASE TWO
6-8 WEEKS
RANGE OF MOTION
Increase range of motion toward full and begin active wrist extension

None
EXERCISES
Advance Phase One Activities: Strengthening exercises in Phase One to resistance, maintain flexibility + ROM, and begin gentle active wrist extension exercises.
PHASE THREE
8-10 WEEKS
RANGE OF MOTION
Full and pain-free

Advance Phase Two Activities: Gradual progression toward return to full activity.
